Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a detail-oriented Yard Department support specialist in Minnesota to assist with receiving, processing, and filling tool orders while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with internal customers, field staff, and yard personnel to ensure timely and accurate tooling and consumables distribution.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn ToolWatch and ViewPoint systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in construction sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to enter and retrieve data accurately in inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and fill internal tool orders by phone or email.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of assets and consumables.
• Prepare purchase orders for field staff and yard personnel.
• Assist with labeling, barcoding, and issuing tools to projects as needed.
