Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated individual for a yard/maintenance role in Great Falls, MT. You will prep the yard, load and unload equipment, and communicate rental details with the Rental Coordinator while ensuring equipment is rent-ready.

Top candidates will have a valid driver's license, forklift/AWP/propane training, and a strong safety focus. The role requires adaptability to fluctuating schedules, including some Saturdays, with potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests.
• Focus for safety.
• Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes.
• Ability to work fluctuating schedules which include some Saturdays.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Ability to take comprehend job related duties in both verbal and written formats.
• Comfortable working with limited supervision at times.

Responsibilities

• Prepping yard for start and close of business

• Wash and make any necessary repairs to returned equipment and ensure it is rent ready
• Assist in the look, appearance, and arrangement of equipment in the yard

Physical demands

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times throughout a shift

  • Walking 45%
  • Sitting 5%

This position is classified as nonexempt.
