Qualifications

• Ability to work with basic diagnostic tools and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair equipment using manuals and parts catalogs.
• Inspect, repair, and replace worn parts such as bearings, pistons, gears; perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute test runs to verify operation and absence of issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area and complete required documentation.
• Wash machines before delivery to job sites.

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Utilize all technical support resources (parts and maintenance manuals) Diagnose mechanical problems and repair equipment
• Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gears Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Execute test runs on machines to verify the machine is operating smoothly and has no mechanical issues.
• Maintain work area is in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
• Provide accurate and sufficient information on all required documents
• Wash machines before it leaves the yard for a customer job site
