Job summary

The County Materials Family of Companies in Roberts, WI is seeking a dedicated Yard Team Member to support daily plant and yard operations, maintaining a safe, organized yard and efficient material handling of aggregates, cement, and supplies.

You will guide truck traffic, assist with loading/unloading, manage inventory, and coordinate with plant operators and drivers to help ensure on-time concrete production while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with construction, concrete, or industrial operations a plus.
• Understanding of basic material handling and equipment operation.
• Work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to load, stack, and retrieve materials.
• Assist with aggregate, cement, and material handling.
• Monitor, document, and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and equipment area.
• Guide truck traffic and support safe movement of vehicles.
• Follow OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties to support plant operations.
