The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability as you work with plant operators and drivers to support on-time production while following environmental and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to load, stack, and retrieve materials and supplies.
• Assist with aggregate, cement, and material handling.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe yard and equipment area.
• Guide truck traffic and support safe movement of vehicles.
• Follow OSHA, safety and environmental regulations.
