Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Yard Team Lead to supervise the outdoor loading process and assist customers in the yard, ensuring accurate merchandise receipts and proper loadings.

The role requires leadership to coach teammates, ability to operate a forklift safely, enforce safety guidelines, and maintain yard cleanliness while promoting Fleet Farm loyalty initiatives. Flexibility includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Flex schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling devices.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population of full-time and part-time Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outside loading in the yard and greet customers.
• Ensure merchandise receipts and loadings are accurate.
• Maintain yard presentation standards and seasonally relevant displays.
• Keep backroom locator accuracy for yard area.
• Wrap and store merchandise to prevent weather damage.
• Load correct merchandise into customers’ vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Verify gate procedures for all outside loads.
• Replenish stock with sale/promotional items during operating hours.
• Transport products safely using a forklift.
• Maintain yard and gate area cleanliness.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
