Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Yard Team Member to greet customers in the yard and assist with merchandise receipt and loading. You will help keep yard areas clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring seasonal relevance and secure display of items.

You will operate a forklift and other material handling equipment, assist customers to their vehicles, and uphold safety guidelines. Flexibility to work various shifts is required, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the yard and monitor receipt of merchandise.
• Maintain yard presentation and stock according to standards.
• Load merchandise into customers' vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Transport products using forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain backroom locator accuracy in the yard and keep signage in place.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
