Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC in Cambridge, MN seeks a Yard Team Member to assist customers in the yard and help load merchandise, ensuring safety and presentation standards are followed.

You will manage yard merchandise accuracy, replenish stock, and operate a forklift while adhering to company policies. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the yard and monitor receipt/loading of merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards in yard and surrounding areas.
• Keep backroom locator accuracy within the yard area.
• Wrap and store yard merchandise to prevent weather damage.
• Load merchandise into customers’ vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock during operating hours.
• Transport product around the facility using forklift or other equipment.
• Cull lumber per company guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of product placement to assist customers.
