Job summary

Mleet Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Yard Team Member to greet customers in the yard and support merchandise receipt, loading, and display. You will help keep yard areas organized, ensure weather-safe storage, and assist with stock replenishment while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating forklift equipment, maintaining signage, and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs. Flexibility in days and hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment may expose temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the yard.
• Monitor receipt and loading of merchandise per policies.
• Maintain yard presentation and secure display of merchandise.
• Wrap and store yard merchandise to prevent weather damage.
• Load merchandise into customers' vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock during operating hours.
• Transport product throughout the facility using forklift or material handling equipment.
• Maintain yard knowledge for effective customer assistance.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
