Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections per DOT regulations and internal procedures.
• Couple and uncouple tractor-trailer units, connect/disconnect brake lines as needed.
• Move and organize line haul trailers in the shipping yard for efficient inventory flow.
• Ensure trailers are ready for loading, unloading, and transport.
• Document all trailer moves within the shipping yard.
• Refuel switcher truck when needed.
