Curtis Lumber Co, Inc. is hiring a Yard Material Handler in Ballston Spa, NY to support the Stagers and Inventory Management Team, maintain a neat yard, and assist customers. Expected to lift 50-80 lbs regularly and operate a propane forklift with safety PPE.

This full-time role offers a consistent 40+ hour schedule, with weekly pay and growth opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with annual performance-based raises and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly.
Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
Building material knowledge is a plus.
Full time 40+ hours per week with consistent schedule.

Job Posting Information

Yard Material Handlers work in the Yard supporting the Stagers and the Inventory Management Team to maintain a neat, clean yard appearance. At times they are also responsible for servicing customers, loading, unloading, putting away material, and operating certain tools and equipment with the use of proper material handling practices and PPE.

Starting rate $20-22 hourly! Annual Performance based raises!

Customer service skills to service our customers
Full time 40+ hours per week - Consistent schedule - Ideal retail hours!
Paid weekly on Fridays
Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
