Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with management and relay direction to the crew.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure trucks are loaded on time and on schedule.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Department on equipment maintenance and organization.
• Solve operational problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Maintain accountability for yard condition, productivity and standards.

About This Role

R.R. Cassidy, Inc. is seeking a Yard Superintendent to oversee daily yard operations.
