Qualifications

• 2+ years operating a yard spotter in industrial setting.
• 2+ years heavy equipment operation; all-terrain counterbalance or lull preferred.
• Experience loading/unloading flatbed trailers with heavy/oversize material.
• Read delivery tickets and basic shipping documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard truck to move, spot, and position trailers within the yard, dock, and staging areas.
• Position trailers at the dock door or loading area as directed by shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate with drivers on trailer pickup/drop to ensure efficient dock/yard flow.
• Maintain a clear, organized, safe yard at all times with proper staging of materials.
• Communicate yard/trailer status to shipping supervisor and production team as needed.
