Qualifications

• Prior flatbed experience hauling steel is required.
• Strong backing skills in tight yard/dock environments.
• Ability to safely handle steel loads and securement awareness.
• Yard spotting experience preferred but not required with strong flatbed background.

Responsibilities

• Jockey flatbed trailers within customer yard at a large plant.
• Spot trailers into dock doors for loading/unloading.
• Stage outbound steel loads for pickup by road drivers.
• Work closely with shipping to keep freight loading efficient.
• Perform precise backing and maneuvering in the yard.
