Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of one year verifiable experience driving, switching or commercial tractor.
• Six months forklift experience.
• Six months warehouse experience.
• Six months Spotter/Yard experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle or yard truck to move trailers, equipment, or materials around the warehouse property.
• Spot and guide trucks as they back into docks, maneuver in the yard, or move through congested areas.
• Perform yard checks and ensure signs of safety; watch for pedestrians and other vehicles.
• Check that trailers are properly positioned, secured, and ready for loading or unloading.
• Complete vehicle and equipment inspections before and after use, reporting any damage or maintenance needs.
