Job summary

Primary Transportation Services Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Yard Spotter to support a dedicated account. The role is local with a steady first shift starting at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include moving trailers, operating yard tractors, performing safety inspections under DOT rules, and communicating clearly with the team. Overtime and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Available to work overtime and weekends.
• Capable of standing, walking, and repeatedly climbing into and out of yard spotter and road tractor.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Starting Pay: $26.00/hr

Primary Transportation Services is adding a Yard Spotter to support a dedicated customer account in Sheboygan, WI. You will stay local and work a consistent first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.

Your Day-to-Day

• Move trailers between yard and warehouse locations, safely and accurately
• Operate various tractor-trailer combinations within the yard
• Perform safety inspections of the yard horse and trailer according to DOT regulations
• Communicate clearly with the team
• Follow all federal, state, and DOT safety and compliance requirements
• Work outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather

Schedule

• First shift, Monday through Friday
• Start time 6:00 AM
