Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down and rough-terrain forklifts is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, building materials, warehouse operations, or similar environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and accurately.
• Operate sit-down and rough-terrain forklifts.
• Provide professional, courteous service to contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Verify orders and materials before they are shipped and received.
• Communicate with customers and the branch team regarding deliveries, jobsite conditions, and any issues that arise.
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load customer and delivery trucks.
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Keep products organized, properly stored, and accessible.
• Assist customers with loading materials at the branch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse.
• Help with routine upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.

Hebron Brick Supply is looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Specialist & Sales Associate to join our Bismarck team. You will be an important part of our branch, operating equipment, helping load and pull orders, maintaining our yard, and making sure our customers receive the service they expect from Hebron. We envision the customer service and sales aspect of this position growing with the employee’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

Load Materials:

• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and accurately.
• Operate sit-down and rough-terrain forklifts.
• Provide professional, courteous service to contractors, builders, and other customers.

Keep the Yard Moving:

Experience

• Previous experience in construction, building materials, warehouse operations, or a similar environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
