Hebron Brick Supply in Bismarck seeks a dependable Yard Specialist & Sales Associate to load and pull orders, operate forklifts, maintain a safe yard, and serve customers. The role blends yard work with sales support as experience grows.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to advance in customer service and branch responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down and rough-terrain forklifts is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, building materials, warehouse operations, or similar environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and accurately.
• Operate sit-down and rough-terrain forklifts.
• Provide professional, courteous service to contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Verify orders and materials before they are shipped and received.
• Communicate with customers and the branch team regarding deliveries, jobsite conditions, and any issues that arise.
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load customer and delivery trucks.
• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Keep products organized, properly stored, and accessible.
• Assist customers with loading materials at the branch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse.
• Help with routine upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
