Job summary

Warren Cat in Texas is seeking a Yard Specialist I to support the Yard and assist Rental, Parts, and Service departments. You will prepare tools for shipment, track inventory, and ensure rental equipment is ready for customers.

This role requires a pro-active, organized individual with strong communication and the ability to handle changing priorities. You will greet customers in the yard and help load and unload equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools for shipment to other stores and dealers.
• Dispose (check-in) tools received for factory, vendors, and other locations.
• Assemble/disassemble tools and label properly.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the yard.
• Assist Rental, Parts, and Service Departments as needed.
• Greet customers in yard and direct to office or unloading areas.
• Assist delivery drivers with loading/unloading work tools.
• Wash or perform light maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Verify inventory ID numbers, fuel level, and rental readiness.
• Move rental-ready equipment to storage after routine maintenance.
