Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Experience supervising and coaching others.
• Experience managing processes and process improvement.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read/write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise work activities of five or more operators.
• Maintain workflow, monitor process steps, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Schedule personnel, assign tasks, and monitor progress with shift summaries.
• Ensure housekeeping and equipment maintenance to keep a safe work environment.
• Support cost control, process improvements, and interdepartmental cooperation.
