Hawthorne Gardening Co. is seeking a Machine Operator for our facility in Pacific Junction, Iowa. In this role, you'll manage raw materials and ensure production quality in our mulch and soil manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of production plant experience preferred.
• Lifting capability of up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer controlled production system for multiple raw material ingredients.
• Complete daily job checklists and equipment checks/calibrations.
• Perform safety checks on every machine.
