Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate workflow across plant areas and expedite production while ensuring quality. You will lead mobile equipment operators and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets in an outdoor plant environment.

Strong communication, organization, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are valued for effective teamwork and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year related experience or training.
• Experience operating forklifts; front end loader, man-lift and sweeper preferred.
• Strong project management and workflow understanding.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions.
• Conduct self with integrity and ethical practices.
• Ability to lead by example and work with timeliness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs; outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead mobile equipment operators and determine work procedures.
• Prepare and distribute required daily reporting and schedules.
• Expedite workflow and coordinate with ops coordinator and workers.
• Maintain inventory and participate in new product development.
• Enforce safety regulations and resolve grievances.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
