Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking a Yard Attendant in Fort Worth, TX. You will receive, inspect, and clean equipment, maintain yard order, and assist customers with equipment familiarity and safety.

Role requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with CDL eligibility, and experience with light construction equipment. Competitive benefits and safety-focused culture offered.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree or certificate from an accredited vocational school preferred.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license; ability to pass CDL requirements.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products or similar systems.
• Knowledge and use of light construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and clean equipment in the yard within 24 hours of return.
• Inspect machines and attachments for damage at customer return.
• Record fuel added and complete check-in within 24 hours of return.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving parts and equipment to other stores.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Engage with customers in the yard; provide PPE and thorough walk-arounds.
