D.P. Nicoli, Inc in San Jose, CA is seeking a hands-on Yard Operator to join our team. You will operate yard equipment, load and unload shoring and construction gear, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe yard.

This full-time, day-shift role offers an hourly wage of $25–$28 and opportunities for CDL training and growth within a 100% employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in yard operations or related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CDL license through company-sponsored training.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities
