Qualifications

• Experience in yard operations or related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CDL license through company training.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely.
• Physical stamina for outdoor, fast-paced work environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard equipment, including forklifts and material-handling machinery.
• Load and unload shoring and construction equipment for rental or transport.
• Manage inventory and organize yard materials efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe yard in compliance with company and gov't safety rules.
• Perform general yard maintenance and assist coworkers as needed.
• May drive company vehicles for deliveries or equipment transport depending on experience.
