• Ensure employees are trained and equipment is serviced on schedule.
• Inspect loading operations for compliance with shipping specs and safety.
• Provide on-the-job training on product knowledge and safety.
• Assist customers with loading and provide status and inventory info.
• Lead and monitor progress, resolve escalated issues, train journeymen.
• Maintain clean, safe yard and report hazards; perform other duties.
