This full-time role requires supervising yard staff, coordinating trucks, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining daily safety practices. The position expects a high school diploma and prior warehouse/yard experience, with strong communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/yard or logistics experience is required.
• Experience in supervising and leading warehouse or yard.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Able to work outdoors in Phoenix weather.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise yard employees and daily work activities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound trucks.
• Monitor loading, unloading, and product movements.
• Assign daily tasks to yard employees.
• Ensure all employees follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.

• Report product, equipment, or property damage.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor employee attendance and work performance.
• Support yard operations when needed.

Primary Goal

The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
