Job summary

FNS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Transportation/Fleet Manager to plan and manage daily shuttle schedules between the plant and yard, supervise drivers, and ensure timely dispatch.

You will monitor DOT compliance, maintain records, and collaborate with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to optimize end-to-end logistics. CDL knowledge is a plus; 3–5 years in logistics is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred.
• CDL license or knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
• Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations.
• Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortages.

Shift:

• Shift: 1 Monday – Friday Day Shift (5am ~ 2pm)
• Shift: 2 Monday – Friday Day Shift (2pm ~ 11pm)

Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard

Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.
