Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors loading dock schedules and updates yard personnel when changes occur.
• Shuttles paperwork between the office and the yard drivers.
• Monitors interior trailer temperatures and refrigeration unit fuel levels and reports any discrepancies.
• Inspects trailers for cleanliness, sweeps out debris.
• Reports trailer damage or broken equipment observed.
• Maintains yard cleanliness and disposes of trash.
• Completes work completion and equipment damage reports as required.
• Performs other duties related to the yard as assigned.
• Maintains a professional and cooperative demeanor with customer representatives.
