Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience in a yard, dispatch, logistics, or industrial setting.
• Experience coordinating with drivers, dispatch, and sales to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material handling safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of yard employees; train workers in materials handling, equipment operation, and safety policies.
• Hire, train, plan, assign, and direct work; motivate, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Maintain organized yard; optimize storage layout; ensure oldest product is delivered first; assist in process improvements.
