Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance teams across our Las Vegas and Sparks operations. You will oversee the fleet PM program, ensure safety, and coordinate with drivers and plant leadership to keep Jensen products moving on schedule.

The ideal candidate has ASE certification, a CDL, and 4+ years of supervisory fleet experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification and CDL are required.
• 4+ years of solid on-the-job experience including supervisory experience.
• CDL and ASE certification preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the fleet maintenance department activities.
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and tasks completed on time.
• Maintain files for forklifts, trucks and trailers, including repairs and costs.
• Ensure all trucks and trailers meet DOT compliance.
• Plan preventive maintenance programs per company guidelines and regulations.
• Provide guidance and train fleet maintenance staff.
