Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 4+ years related experience (construction, maintenance, etc.).
• Experience directing a team and coordinating work from a plan.
• Technical capacity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily yard operations and supervise yard staff and drivers.
• Direct tasks to yard technicians, field service techs, and drivers to ensure timely repair, preparation, and delivery of units.
• Inspect units before and after rental and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain fleet, monitor units, and perform repairs/modifications as needed.
• Ensure proper cleaning, repair, refurbishment, and inventory control per policy.
