Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in yard management or a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and coordinating yard operations efficiently.
• Experience with inventory management and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support yard employees with a focus on safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Plan and coordinate daily yard activities to keep materials moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, well organized yard and equipment area.
• Partner with operations and logistics to meet shipping and receiving needs.
