The role requires hands-on work outdoors, occasional forklift operation, and strict adherence to EPA and OSHA standards. Strong communication and organization help keep parts routing smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience in outdoor/yard environments preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead peers by reviewing work, allocating tasks, and solving routine issues.
• Operate forklift or loader to move cars as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and PPE compliance.
• Coordinate with Loader Operator to stage cars in the yard.
• Ensure EPA and OSHA regulations are met.
• Initiate and support continuous quality improvement.
