Guardian Fleet Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to keep our busy yard running smoothly. You will organize inventory, prep vehicles for part removal, and assist drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with car parts and dismantling preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation of hours and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot organized, clean, and free of debris.
• Prepare vehicles for part removal and inventory updates.
• Oversee and maintain yard inventory; replace sold vehicles with new stock.
• Report issues promptly to the supervisor; follow policies and procedures.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced, industrial yard.
