Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to support a high-volume yard, organize the lot, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage vehicle flow, keep the yard clean, and assist drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, prides themselves on orderliness, and can handle dynamic conditions while following all safety and company procedures. This is a hands-on position in a busy scrap and crush yard setting.

Qualifications

• Car parts knowledge and dismantling experience preferred.
• Must speak, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate calmly and effectively.
• Must work outside in the elements (rain, snow, heat, etc)
• Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris
• Preparing necessary cars for part removal
• Overseeing and maintaining inventory
• Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory
• Informing supervisor of issues as they arise
• Lot inventory and systems (database/ERP)
• Complying with all company policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned
