Lezzer Lumber is seeking a Yard Manager in Brookside, PA to oversee yard operations, inventory coordination, and delivery logistics. You will lead a team handling loading, unloading, safety, and customer service while ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all yard activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspects yard and warehouse facilities and optimizes space allocation and loading/unloading procedures.
• Plans, organizes and delivers training for yard personnel and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Monitors delivery processes to ensure high levels of customer service and protection of company assets.
• Supervises Yard/Customer Service, inventory coordination and Dispatch, directing daily activities.
