Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and business management skills.
• Experience in yard/warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspects yard and warehouse facilities and optimizes space allocation and loading procedures.
• Plans and implements training for yard personnel and supervises staff.
• Monitors delivery processes to ensure high levels of customer service and asset protection.
• Maintains orderly and safe yard and storage areas and coordinates safety activities.
• Oversees inside sales team and coordinates inventory control with the yard manager.
