  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, tractors, and other equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Capacity to work extended hours during the week and on weekends, as required.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and have a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices, including equipment operation, material handling, and working in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to follow company safety guidelines and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Prior experience with agriculture or heavy equipment is highly desired. Ag background is also a plus.

Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Yard/Facilities Maintenance. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, and working with equipment, this is a great opportunity to join our team!

This role keeps you moving with no two days the same— organizing inventory, loading/unloading semis, handling equipment, and helping maintain a safe, professional yard environment.

What You’ll Do

In a Yard Maintenance role you'll you’ll play an important part in keeping our dealership running efficiently and customer ready year round!

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Receive deliveries
  • Load and unload equipment safely using forklift and other equipment as needed
  • Maintaining facility appearance by performing landscaping duties such as snow removal, mowing and lawn care
  • Position and neatly organize equipment for display
  • General housekeeping
  • Assit in photographing equipment for SEI web site
  • Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems.
