Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a loader operator to safely move, load, and organize materials at the yard. You will perform routine inspections and basic maintenance while supporting stockpile management and ensuring efficient yard material flow.

The role requires strong safety awareness, the ability to follow procedures, and effective communication to coordinate daily tasks. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn yard operations in a collaborative team

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
