With over $2.8 billion in annual sales and a commitment to its workforce, Kokosing is the winning team.**Job Description:**As a Yard Laborer, you will perform a variety of different tasks including loading, unloading, and management of materials in our Fredericktown location that support the successful operation of our projects. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*** Load, unload, and help manage different materials that support our construction projects.* Operate Cat, Case, or Hyster forklifts of various sizes.* Receive requests and pull orders for the field in a safe and efficient manner.* Perform tasks involving the use of hands and tools.* Moving material from storage yards within the Fredericktown area.* Properly secure equipment and materials for transport.**Education and Experience:*** High school diploma or GED equivalent.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*** Good communication skills* Good driving record with valid driver's license* Load securement knowledge* Ability to work independently or in a group* Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment* Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders* Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as required.
