Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Yard Laborer at our Fredericktown location to support project operations by loading, unloading, and managing materials.

The role includes operating forklifts (Cat, Case, Hyster) and pulling field orders to keep field crews supplied, while maintaining safety and efficiency. Job Description: As a Yard Laborer, you will perform a variety of different tasks including loading, unloading, and management of materials in our Fredericktown location that support the successful operation of our projects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and help manage different materials that support our construction projects.


• Operate Cat, Case, or Hyster forklifts of various sizes.


• Receive requests and pull orders for the field in a safe and efficient manner.


• Perform tasks involving the use of hands and tools.


• Moving material from storage yards within the Fredericktown area.


• Properly secure equipment and materials for transport.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
