Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Lexington, SC is seeking a Yard Jockey to support loading and unloading at the dock. You will strap, rack, and load shipments, assist with pallet building, and ensure equipment like hand trucks and tow motors are charged and ready for drivers.

You will help maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness, participate in replenishing products, and perform other duties as assigned. Candidates should be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs, and have basic driving experience

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
0 to 1+ years of driving experience.
Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license.
Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

The Yard Jockey is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process.
Assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells.
Ensure hand trucks and tow motors are charged and ready for drivers; ensure mule on trailer is charged prior to leaving the dock.
Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assist with replenishment of product.
Other duties as assigned
