Reyes Holdings is seeking a Yard Jockey to support dock operations. The role involves loading straps, racks, and shippers onto trucks, and assisting with pallet building and unloading to keep pallets and shells organized.

You will ensure that hand trucks and tow motors are charged and available for drivers, and that DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer before departure. The position also emphasizes warehouse and yard cleanliness and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0 to 1+ years of specific driving experience.
• Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Responsabilités

• Load straps, racks, and shippers onto trucks during loading.
• Assist with pallet building and unloading to maintain pallet and shell organization.
• Ensure hand trucks and tow motors are charged and placed; ensure DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer before leaving the dock.
• Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness and assist with product replenishment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• The Yard Jockey is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process
• You will assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells
• This role ensures that the hand trucks and tow motors are charged and put in their respective places for drivers as well as all DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer prior to leaving the dock
• The Yard Jockey maintains general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assists with replenishment of product in the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
• Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
