Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Yard Jockey to support loading, unloading, and pallet handling at our Lexington, SC dock. You will load straps, racks, and shippers, assist with pallet building, and ensure equipment is charged and ready for drivers before departure.

Applicants must be 21+, have 0–1 year of driving experience, hold a CDL Permit to CDL license, and be able to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 170 lb.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0 to 1+ years of specific driving experience.
• Class A CDL Permit to Class A CDL license.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Yard Jockey is responsible for loading straps, racks, and shippers onto truck during the loading process.
• You will assist with pallet building and unloading of trucks to maintain organization of pallets and shells.
• This role ensures that the hand trucks and tow motors are charged and put in their respective places for drivers as well as all DSD routes have a fully charged mule on trailer prior to leaving the dock.
• The Yard Jockey maintains general cleanliness of the warehouse and yard and assists with replenishment of product in the warehouse.
