Richmond Beverage Solutions - Warehouse Operator Job Description

Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate openings for motivated warehouse operators to perform various tasks including picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery. Operators will work at different stations or lines as assigned and are responsible for safely operating various material handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic math operations in all units of measure
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with manual stacking and moving cases
• Ability to work in wet and cold environments (35-40°F)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and nut allergens (if applicable)
• Minimum six months experience operating a forklift in a high-efficiency environment
• Forklift operator's certification and ability to pass a skills test
