Responsibilities

• Oversee daily yard and warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Manage fleet operations, vehicle utilization, maintenance, and performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset utilization.
• Ensure organized yard layouts and efficient warehouse processes.
• Monitor safety, enforce policies, and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate material availability with internal teams and customers.
• Track equipment/movements using inventory systems and reporting tools.
• Lead daily workload planning and staffing to meet priorities.
• Implement process improvements to cut costs and boost productivity.
