SA Recycling LLC in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Laborer to perform general housekeeping, metal processing tasks, upgrading, and assisting technical workers. You will learn on the job, progress to more technical tasks, and contribute to safe yard operations.

This role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strict adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to communicate effectively, pass drug and background checks, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test
• Must pass a background check
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish is a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to communicate and use basic math as job demands

Responsibilities

• Operate metal processing equipment using safe work habits
• Observe processing operations and notify maintenance of malfunctions
• Lift and move materials manually or with hoists
• Load and unload items from machines and conveyors
• Follow safety procedures including LOTOTO, Fall Prevention, Fire Prevention
• Provide backup support throughout the yard and maintain organization
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality
• Dispose of waste materials properly
• Maintain clean and safe work area
