This physically demanding role supports servicing rental and low-maintenance equipment, maintains yard and shop facilities, and assists with delivery and installation tasks. The successful candidate will follow safety protocols, perform basic inspections, keep the yard organized, and help with loading and unloading equipment for same-day or next-day deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous yard/warehouse or equipment rental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with basic service and inspection of equipment.
• Wash and clean equipment returned from job sites.
• Roll, inspect, and service hoses and bulk items for HVAC systems.
• Keep yard and shop organized, clean, and safe.
• Perform upkeep like sweeping and inventory organization.
• Help load/unload for same-day or next-day deliveries.
• Ensure equipment is secured and documented for transport.
• Assist in installation/teardown of heaters and equipment at sites.
• Support field crews as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
