Campbell Companies in Moab, UT is seeking a dependable Rental Yard Technician 1 to join our equipment rental team. This physically demanding role helps service and inspect rental and low-maintenance equipment, keep the yard and shop clean, and support delivery and installation efforts.

The successful candidate will follow all safety protocols, work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and be willing to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to following safety rules and regulations.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Willing to work overtime and after hours as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous yard, warehouse, or equipment rental experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification or mechanical aptitude is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with basic service and inspection of equipment.
• Wash and clean equipment returned from job sites.
• Roll, inspect, and service hoses and bulk items used in heating and environmental control systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and shop environment.
• Load and unload equipment for deliveries.
• Assist in the installation and teardown of heaters and other equipment at job sites.
• Support field crews as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
